Couch potato means a person that doesn’t like to exercise itself, lazy and has a sedentary life. If you:
1-      Don’t like to go to the gym because you don’t know how to use the equipments or don’t like to huff and puff in front of the others;
2-      Don’t have time to do anything else than work and study;
3-      Don’t have money or just think that make exercises is expensive;
4-      Or just don’t like to exercise yourself because you’re lazy and unwilling.
Identified yourself at least in one of these topics? It’s time to change…
Here are some tips about how you can change this situation:
- If you don’t like to go to the gym you can try to find other ways to take care of your body healthily: running or walking in parks (if you could have a partner to encourage you would be better), doing simple exercises everyday at home, take care about your meal preferring row foods than junk food…
- If you don’t have time to exercise your body, you could change some habits: If you go by car to near places, you should prefer go walking or by bicycle... you’ll help your health and also the environment.
Why being a couch potato is bad to your health?

 It could cause many kind of diseases, because, you just do everything that it's no good to your body, like eat a lot and not practice exercises. The most common disease caused for this kind of habits are: Obesity, high cholesterol, gastritis, hypertension and heart diseases. These diseases are very dangerous if you don't change the way that you are living.
A bad meal accompanied with a sedentary life could be very harmful to health, and not having a right time to your meal could be another bad thing, because there's a right time for each meal to you keep your weight and that's the first thing to keep a good health, and a lack of exercises could cause the same diseases including also: cardiovascular diseases, depression and stress.
Even you knowing now about all of these things: Do you still want to become a "couch potato"?

  2. Well, I don't consider myself as a sedentary, but not so active as well. I'd follow your suggestions in order to don't become one! Anyway, I liked your text girls.
