Stress is defined as our reaction to the external environment as well as our thoughts and feelings. It isn't only what happen to us that creates stressful feelings, but it's how we feel about what happen to us. Learning to control our thoughts through meditation, yoga, and other mind quieting techniques can be very helpful in reducing stress levels. No one can live without experiencing some degree of stress all the time.
During times of increased stress, our body's nutrients are used more rapidly to meet these needs so we require increased amounts of many of these nutrients.
Fortunately, there are a number of ways to prepare the body for stress. Here are a few ideas for you to start:

1- Exercise your body at least three times a week: This exercise –doesn’t matter what kind of exercise it is- will get you out of all the week stress and you’ll feel free.
2- Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables: It contains a lot of vitamins that your body needs to pass all the week’s stress by.
3- ALWAYS smile: A person that’s happy has less healthy and psychological trouble in life.
4- Buy a pet: If you live alone, a dog or a cat for sure will be an awesome companionship. There are so many cases that a pet solved a lot of their owners personal’s troubles.
5- Have fun with your friends: Go out on Saturday to laugh and have fun. Sometimes drink a beer is good to get out of the routine.
6- Listen to music, watch a movie and go to the cinema: Call a friend and ask her/him to go with you, you’ll enjoy it.
7- Do yoga: Everybody laughs when I say that yoga reduces stress, but it’s true… It’s your time to relax, to reflect about your day or week and perhaps make plans.
8- SLEEP! This is the solution for everything…
